Mountain Generator Mod for Minecraft 1.5.2

Mountain Generator Mod was created to help create mountains and whole mountain ranges within Minecraft using height map images.

The mod takes up 4 block IDs to start with. The starting block ID is set in the config file which can be found in the config\MountainGen\MountainGen.cfg file. The reason why there’s only one ID listed in the file is because the mod dynamically adds new blocks based on the grey scale height map images found in the Images folder (config\MountainGen\Images).

Height maps images are grey scale images that show different heights based on how dark or light each pixel is. Because of this, the mountains can range from height going from Y level 0(black) to Y level 255 (white), that’s the top of the world!
