Survivalist Mod aims to shift the focus of Minecraft’s survival mode from simple resource collection and construction to in-depth survival in the vein of S.T.A.L.K.E.R and DayZ. You will need to find water, cook food and collect resources to craft medical supplies. All the while, keeping an eye on your body temperature and trying not to die. You will need to keep your wits about you to survive in harsh world of the Survivalist Mod.
The mod starts simply and becomes harder in a way that fit in with the game without being too complicated. This mod has grown from being about pure survival, to being a mod where a nomad struggling to survive in the woods can go on to start a fully functioning community by the riverside, create a desert down with a water tower, have a stable of horses for transport. This mod is about giving the player a tough environment to survive in, and giving them the tools to thrive in it.
